Happy Place Shop stands behind its products and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, simply return it within 30 days of the order date for a full credit of the purchase price to the original payment method. However, we only accept items that are still in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are no returns accepted for sale items, Good Medicine Balls, artwork, or downloads.
Email email@example.com with your order number to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and return address. Please include a copy of the original invoice and return the item with an insured courier and retain a receipt. Happy Place Shop is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Items returned without a proper RA# will be returned back to the customer.
All return requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Refunds are usually issued within 3-5 days after receiving the item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.00 for all purchases and ship USPS priority mail.
