I just wanted to say thanks for presenting about stress reduction techniques at yesterday’s ONE Conference. The session added a much-needed human touch to a day fraught with techno-jubilation. As a deskbound worker, I struggle with ways to reduce stress and promote mobility on a daily basis. I’ve tried yoga outside of work and found it very satisfying, but until now I haven’t had many resources for dealing with tension while I’m actually at work. I’ve utilized the finger movements, cool breathing and other techniques twice today, and I must say, they really did help me take a step back from the digital precipice.
